Pushkar has over 18 years of experience in managing B2C fintech products in payments, payments bank, insurance, lending, and loyalty. His expertise lies in creating and scaling consumer platforms providing financial services by driving product development, business analytics, market launch strategy and digital marketing. An IIT, IIM graduate, Pushkar has previously worked with Airtel, Payback and Policy Bazaar.

Amit Tuteja

Technology Head- Neo Banking

With over 15 years of industry experience in new product development, solutions architecture, digital transformation, SaaS & cloud engineering–Amit drives technology, cloud enablement, tech initiatives, capability development, and thought leadership across RapiPay. He has extensive experience in building multiple cloud-native SaaS/API platforms for B2B, B2C and C2C. He is also responsible for the overall Cloud and DevSecOps engineering practices at organisational level. Previously, he has worked with brands like Amazon and Honeywell.

Yogendra Kashyap

CO – FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

With a career spanning over three decades, Yogendra is a technocrat and is passionate about nurturing new businesses. He brought the BFSI (Banking Financial Services in India) services to over 1 million touchpoints throughout India.

He has worked relentlessly towards devising new solutions and technologies in the ITES sector across the country while impacting the last mile. Mr. Kashyap’s deep understanding of the Indian demographics and distribution systems has helped RapiPay disrupt the assisted payment space by delivering products and services that reach the last mile through its Direct Business Outlets (DBOs).

Nipun Jain

WHOLETIME DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Nipun has over 26 years of experience in retail banking. Prior to joining RapiPay, he was the SME Head of Yes Bank, where he helped in establishing and scaling up the retail asset business with a focus on profitability and portfolio quality.

He has also held various senior positions at ICICI Bank. He managed both assets and liabilities and was also the business head for commercial vehicles and construction equipments. As zonal head of the retail banking group, he managed 180 branches with a team of 2500 employees.

Sumit Choudhary

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Sumit is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in the financial domain and leads the finance function at RapiPay. He partners with business teams to facilitate their growth. As the CFO, he leads efforts toward automating various business processes across the firm. Prior to RapiPay, he was associated with EY, Mazars and RBS.

Sumit Adlakha

TECHNOLOGY HEAD – NEO BANKING

Sumit has over 17 years of experience and heads the technology vision, design and development of the neo banking platform. He has built scalable, secure, end-to-end systems for B2B, B2C and C2C. He has also guided technology teams in building solutions for varied tech stacks in startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.

He has an in-depth knowledge of the BFSI domain, travel e-commerce, events/collaboration technology and healthcare, and has worked with Credit Suisse, Expedia and Cvent.

Sachin Dewan

PRESIDENT AND BUSINESS HEAD – PAYMENTS

Sachin has domain expertise in the payments and cards ecosystem. In his two-decade-long career, he has worked with American Express, Axis, HSBC, Pine Labs, BharatPe, Innoviti Payments and Mswipe in various senior roles. He is responsible for the growth of the payments unit, merchant sales, network partnerships, and expansion of RapiPay across India.

Robin Scaria

Chief Human Resource Officer

Robin is responsible for the end-to-end human capital agenda focusing on designing and deploying scalable HR systems and processes across the organisation. He brings in over 20 years of experience in leading and managing talent enablement and transformation journeys across global client businesses. Prior to RapiPay, he worked with Accenture, TCS, WNS, and Capgemini.

Sandeep Rastogi

BUSINESS HEAD – NEO BANKING

Sandeep has over 15 years of experience in business development with specialisation in payments, cross-border partnerships, distribution of financial products, B2B and B2C channel management, enterprise business, and banking products.

In his previous role, he was the VP- Enterprise Sales and New Initiatives and was heading the embedded finance and API business at Open Financial. At PayU Payments, he set up the SMB & mid-market business, and was also heading the pan India business for SMBs.
